Hello everyone,
The bids are in and St. Johnsbury is bracing for the best Invitational yet!
All teams must respond to the "SJAI2011 - Acceptance Form" survey by Thursday, 2/17 at 11am.
Teams that do not respond to the survey by this deadline will be dropped from the event.
The FIRST THREE teams that respond to this survey will receive a free disc from the LAST THREE teams to respond.
Teams that stay on the WAIT LIST will be notified of the status of their team by Friday, 3/11 at the latest.
We have space for up to three teams from the wait list. The spots will be filled on a first come first serve basis as bid forms and checks arrive in St. Johnsbury.
Many more emails will be sent out over the coming weeks. Please make sure you read each carefully.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: There is a new addition to USAU Ultimate regulations this year that requires that all teams participating in a sanctioned event have at least one chaperone who has submitted a background check to USAU. Full chaperone information can be found online right here.
Note: I will be out of the country from 2/17 through 3/7. In that time frame I will have limited access to email. If I am able to reply at all, the replies will be very delayed. If you have any important pressing issues, I highly recommend contacting me before noon on 2/17.
